Olga Meglinskaya, Chair of Brama Trust, has been shortlisted for the VCFSE Organisational Leadership Award as part of the Solihull Civic Honours Awards 2026. Many members of the community kindly nominated Olga in recognition of her dedication, leadership, and commitment to supporting people rebuilding their lives in Solihull.
Olga was delighted and deeply honoured to be shortlisted alongside two other inspiring individuals. Reflecting on the nomination, she shared her heartfelt gratitude:
I feel incredibly honoured to have been nominated.Our work is about people who have experienced loss, displacement and uncertainty, yet show such resilience, strength and hope.Thank you to our Trustees, volunteers and partners. And most of all, thank you to everyone who has trusted us to walk alongside you as you rebuild your lives.So proud of what we are building together in Solihull. It means more than words can say.
This recognition highlights the important work carried out by BRAMA TRUST and the strength of the community working together to support families and individuals who need it most.
